Cancellation Policy
At V P Foods & Herbals Pvt. Ltd., we value our customers and strive to provide the best experience possible. We have a liberal Cancellation Policy to ensure customer satisfaction. Cancellations will be considered only if the shipment has not been dispatched for the order placed via our website, www.nutramla.com (“Website”). Once the shipment has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or a transaction that violates the terms and conditions of using the Website, we reserve the right to cancel such orders without prior notification.
Cancellation before Shipment
If the order or product has not yet been shipped, you can contact our customer support team via email at info@nutramla.com or call us at (+91) 2424 222855 (Monday to Sunday, 9 AM to 6 PM) to cancel your order.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 2-5 business days after processing the cancellation request.
Please note that once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed as follows:
• For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account within 2-5 business days. It may take an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
• Alternatively, we offer refunds through Nutramla coupons, which can be used for future purchases.
Use of Discount Vouchers and Loyalty Points
Discount vouchers and loyalty points are for one-time use only. They will be considered utilized even if the order is cancelled.
Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Return Policy
V P Foods & Herbals Pvt. Ltd. offers an easy return policy. You can raise a return/exchange request within 5 days of receiving the delivery. If you receive a defective product, please raise a return/exchange request within 5 days of delivery. Partial returns are also accepted.
Steps to raise a return/exchange request:
1 Contact our customer support team via email at info@nutramla.com within 5 days of delivery.
2 Provide your order ID, request details, and an image of the product clearly showing the batch number and invoice.
3 We will arrange a pickup within 4-7 business days. Refunds or replacements will only be initiated if the product is returned in its original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
Conditions for Non-Acceptance of Returns
Returns will not be accepted if:
• The product is returned without original packaging, price tags, or accessories.
• The product’s serial number is tampered with.
• The product’s composition is altered.
• The return request is initiated after 5 business days from the date of delivery.
• The product was provided as a free gift.
Damaged or Wrong Product Received
In case of a damaged or wrong product, follow these steps:
1 Contact customer support within 5 days of delivery.
2 Provide order details and images or videos of the product and invoice. Ensure the batch details are clearly visible.
3 We will arrange a pickup within 4-7 business days and process a refund or replacement after verifying the product’s condition.
Free Gift Return Policy
If a free gift was included with the order, it must be returned with the original product in its original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
Partial Returns
You can initiate a return for one or more products from your order. Each returned product must meet the conditions stated above.
Refund Process for Returns
• Refunds will be processed within 2-5 days of receiving and verifying the returned product.
• For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be credited to the same account within 2-5 business days. It may take an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect.
• For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer upon receiving your bank details. This process will be completed within 2-5 business days.
• Refunds can also be provided via Nutramla coupons for future purchases.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable in the following scenarios:
1 Cancellation of an order before shipment.
2 Cases where:
◦ Delivery was refused by the customer.
◦ The customer was unavailable during delivery attempts.
◦ The delivery address was incorrect or unreachable.
Refunds will be processed as per the original payment mode within 8-9 days of receiving the product back from our logistics partner.
